Shady Canyon Homes

The exclusive enclave of Shady Canyon features luxury Mediterranean and Tuscany-style homes built on generous lots. With a maximum of 400 homesites zoned for the community combined with 16,000 acres of space, there is plenty of open space for residents to enjoy. The custom homes within this guard-gated community rest upon approximately 1,200 acres of space.

Shady Canyon Amenities

In addition to offering plenty of outdoor space and lovely views, Shady Canyon also provides residents with easy access to the Shady Canyon Golf Club. One of the finest private clubs in the country, the Shady Canyon Golf Club boasts great natural beauty with its scenic and unspoiled landscape. To maintain this natural look, the clubhouse and the golf course itself are artfully shaped within the natural contours of the land. The Tom Fazio-designed course winds around the bends of the hills and through the canyon as it follows the natural change of the elevation.

Due to the natural backdrop of Shady Canyon, which includes the Bommer and Shady canyons, residents also enjoy ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors from their windows or by going outside to take advantage of what the area has to offer. Among these options are a number of hiking and biking trails along with a historic former cattle camp.
