The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is a nonprofit donor-supported organization that is working toward finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. The organization also looks for ways to help people with cystic fibrosis lead more productive lives by funding research and drug development, ensuring access to high-quality care and promoting individualized treatments. Prior to the establishment of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, most children with the disease did not live past elementary school. Today, thanks in part to the Foundation?s aggressive investments in research and care, many live to their 30s and beyond.

The Third Annual Beach, Brews & BBQ will take place on October 28th at the Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina. Benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Orange County Chapter, the event will feature unlimited samples of handcrafted beers along with BBQ provided by BJ?s Restaurants. The event will also include live entertainment and auctions for great prizes.

The excursion takes place along the forty-mile wide Banderas Bay, which is an ideal location for Blue and Black Marlin, Pacific Sailfish, Giant Yellowfin Tuna and Dorado.
